Dedication Ceremony

He is counted among the greatest men this nation ever produced.  Hershel “Woody” Williams was a hero of World War II, earning the Congressional Medal of Honor for his extreme valor in the Battle of Iwo Jima.  After the war, he dedicated his life to the service of veterans and their families. 

Huntington Mall will commemorate the legacy of this America hero by dedicating a mural in the Food Court section of the mall on Wednesday, April 16 at 11 AM.  The public is invited to attend and learn more about Mr. Williams from the people who knew and loved him.

Huntington Mall has been serving the people of West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky since 1981.
