Mindful Wellness Health Fair at Huntington Mall

(Barboursville, WV) Mall walkers at Huntington Mall collectively walked over 15,000 miles in 2025 and are gearing up to do it again in 2026. The Huntington Mall has teamed up with Marshall Health Network to help the tri-state make 2026 the healthiest year of all with a Mindful Wellness Health Fair to take place on January 10, 2026, in Center Court from noon – 2pm. The health fair will bring incredible resources, helpful information, and on-site screenings to help our shoppers start the new year strong. The Huntington Mall’s Mindful Mile Walker program is in its third year, beginning in 2023. Out of approximately 200 registered mall walkers, 24 walkers have walked over 500 miles, and some have walked over 1000 miles in one year. To mark this achievement each Mindful Mile Walker who walked over 500 miles will receive one entry for every 500 miles walked in 2025 for a chance to win a $500 Huntington Mall Gift Card. The winner will be announced at the Mindful Wellness Health Fair.

If you are ready to join the movement to become a Mindful Mile Walker, you can sign up at the health fair or stop by the mall office Monday-Friday between office hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. Once signed up you can begin your health journey with us and start counting your steps. A complete lap inside the mall equates to a mile. For every 500 miles walked in 2026 will entitle the mall walker to one entry for the grand prize which will be announced in January 2027.
